Ready to fly without hands? Join our intensive Aerial Clinic dedicated to teaching you the skill everyone wants: the Aerial Cartwheel!

This clinic is specifically designed for intermediate tumblers who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to tackle this exciting, gravity-defying move. We will focus on the power, precision, and technique necessary to safely and successfully execute a clean Aerial Cartwheel.

What to Expect:

• Power Generation: We’ll focus on the run, hurdle, and punch mechanics essential for generating the lift and speed needed to remove the hands.

• Precision Drills: Participants will work on specific one-handed cartwheel drills, body positioning, and the rotation pathway of the skill.

• Targeted Conditioning: Strengthen your core, shoulders, and legs with exercises vital for the strength and stability required for a safe and consistent aerial.

• Technique Breakdown: Our expert instructors will provide detailed, personalized feedback and spotting, breaking the skill down into the smallest parts to ensure a deep understanding of the movement.

• Progressive Training: You will work through a safe, step-by-step progression designed to lead you closer to achieving your Aerial!

Pre-Requisites for this Clinic:

To ensure a safe and successful learning environment, students MUST be able to perform the following skills independently and with confidence:

• Cartwheel

• Round-Off

• Handstand – Hold for 3 seconds

• Front Walkover

Note: This is an advanced skill clinic. Participants are required to have these foundational skills mastered to fully benefit from the targeted training.
