As a Field Service Scheduler, you would reschedule appointments and utilize software to maximize the technician’s time while monitoring possible calendar availability and resources to ensure timely installations for customers.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage resource location software
- Manage technician calendar availability
- Communication with customers
- Monitoring tickets and tracking job status from dispatch to completion
The following skills and experience are preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years’ work experience with the ability to multitask, have good communication skills, and work independently
- Valid Driver’s License
Wage:
The wage range for this position is $18.75 - $28.37 per hour, based on education, certifications, and experience.
