What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential service and troubleshooting
- Panel and service upgrades
- Remodel and renovation work
- New construction installations
- EV chargers, smart home integrations, and specialty electrical projects
- Occasional light commercial work
- Diagnosing electrical issues efficiently and professionally
- Communicating clearly with customers and team members
- Leading apprentices and helping maintain job quality standards
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Leadership mentality and professionalism
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems efficiently
- Clean and organized workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
