Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, be able to effectively communicate with team and clients. This role is vital in supporting our team and enhancing productivity within the office environment.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Oversee the use of office phone systems, ensuring effective communication with the team and clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients and prospects and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management meetings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and phone systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Will need insurance license or willing to complete insurance licensing.
