PriorNet Guidelines 2025
PriorNet is a business networking group that helps businesspeople increase their revenues through effective referral marketing. Overall, PriorNet is more informal than other business networking groups in the area.
We have FOUR PriorNet groups: In Person ONLY: Tuesday 7:30am, Tuesday 9:30am or Friday 8:30am
ZOOM- Thursday 9am
Mission Statement: Our mission is to build stable, long-standing relationships within the group based upon credibility and trust. These relationships leverage each member?s expertise to share information during our meetings, which presents the opportunity to make business referrals.
Expectations of Group Members: PriorNet does not have a formal attendance requirement, but we do ask that you arrive on time. We understand that scheduling conflicts occur, as well as illness, family emergencies, etc. However, your attendance is a reflection of your character and integrity. Summers, we will meet every other week. The calendar will be posted in the FB groups in 2024. All PriorNet groups are for one hour.
Representation: If you primarily sell / promote ?X? (type of category) and we already have a member whose primary focus is in that category ?X?, you would not be able to join under that category, but we could be creative and hope to find a category that is suitable for your business. We ask when choosing a ?category? that you do not add ?and? or ?/? when listing your category. Category representation is determined on a first-come basis.
Each member will do a 60-second commercial at each meeting and will plan to do a ten-minute presentation periodically that educates other members in more detail about the services and products offered by their company or business, and to let the group know the best way referrals can be provided.
Referrals: There is no requirement or quota for leads and referrals. As a member we hope that you will refer prospects or customers with each other. Leads and referrals are encouraged to be reported to the group.
Dues: To register for PriorNet, your business must be in good standing with the Prior Lake Chamber and $75 be submitted at time of application. There will be no pro-rated fee; the cost to join is $75 and will be only good until December of that year. There will not be refunds if you withdraw from the group. There is no switching groups. In the event you own/represent more than one business, you must choose which good-standing business to represent. Additional business representation would require an additional $75 dues via cash, check or Venmo @PLChamber.
