Ready to build a powerhouse tumbling foundation? Join our Foundational Tumbling Clinic focusing on mastering the essential building blocks: Handstands, Cartwheels, and Round-Offs!

This clinic is perfect for beginner to intermediate tumblers who want to refine their technique, build strength, and achieve consistency in these core skills. A strong mastery of these fundamentals is critical for moving safely and successfully into more advanced tumbling like back handsprings and aerials.

What to Expect:

• Handstand Mastery: We’ll focus on drills and conditioning to improve alignment, core engagement, and holding time for a stable, straight Handstand. Learn how to control your balance and finish with confidence.

• Cartwheel Consistency: Participants will break down the Cartwheel to achieve precise hand placement, proper leg split, and controlled finish. We’ll work on form and technique to ensure it's straight, quick, and powerful every time.

• Round-Off Power: Learn the essential elements of the Round-Off—the hurdle, block, and rebound. We'll focus on generating maximum power and speed out of the skill to set up for future connected tumbling.

• Core & Shoulder Conditioning: Dedicated strength work will target the core and shoulders—the key muscle groups required for stability, safe execution, and connecting multiple tumbling passes.

Come prepared to focus on the details, build your confidence upside down, and establish the powerful foundation for all your future tumbling goals!
