Join Jasmine Amberg, L.Ac., Acupuncturist, for a calming community acupuncture experience designed to help you relax, reset, and support overall wellness.

During this 90-minute experience, you’ll settle into the yoga room with a yoga mat, bolster, and blanket while Jasmine guides the group through the acupuncture experience. Needles will remain in place for approximately 45 minutes, giving you time to rest, unwind, and simply be still.

What to Expect

• A calming, welcoming group setting
• Approximately 45 minutes of acupuncture
• The same carefully selected acupuncture points will be used for each participant
• Points selected to promote relaxation, balance, and overall wellness
• A yoga mat, bolster, and blanket provided for comfort
• Quiet time to rest while the needles are in place
• Hot tea waiting for you afterward in the café ☕

This community session is focused on calming the body, supporting balance, and nourishing and replenishing Qi (energy) so you can leave feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend.

Because this is a community-style class, acupuncture points are predetermined for the group and individual conditions or specific treatment requests will not be addressed during this session.
