 Speakers:
Lisa R. Fiegel  works at Prime Security Bank as a VP Retail Manager/Loan Compliance Officer. In addition, Lisa and her husband Vance own Mathnasium of Shakopee. Lisa has over 25 years  of experience in mortgage lending and operations  and understands the importance of excellent customer service impact on your business. Previous to PSB, Lisa was the Regional Operations Manager for New Penn Financial in Minneapolis.  In Lisa’s spare time she enjoys being with family, traveling, lots of golfing and a good glass of wine.
 
Kristina Newell-   Kristina has over 20 years of functional expertise in business and leadership development, strategic alliances and project management. Kristina received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Benedict, holds her Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University and received her executive coaching training from the Center of Executive Coaching.  
 
Michael Beach,  Michael is a Certified
Professional Business Coach and a leading member of the PBCA.  He has more than 35 years of business leadership experience in the corporate world in various capacities.  In his business coaching practice, Michael helps business owners, their executive leadership teams, and their emerging leaders to deliver ambitious results that take their business to unforeseen levels of performance.
