We have always wondered: “Why is barbecue always served in a run-down building with bad furniture and bad design?” “Is there a law against putting barbecue in a nicely designed place?” We don’t think so!
We want to serve good food in a fun, unpretentious setting.

Service will be relaxed; the easy charm and attentiveness of the wait staff will put you at ease. This is not fine dining, it is casual dining in a fun and inviting space.
Brought to you by the same family as Burgers & Bottles, Volstead House, and Bourbon Butcher, WHISKEY INFERNO is both family and locally owned. Our family has lived in Savage since 2004 and are excited to bring something new to the area. We are joined by our friend and business partner Rodrigo Mendoza on this journey. Rodrigo started out as a part time dishwasher with us over 10 years ago and now we can’t imagine running restaurants without him.
We strongly believe in supporting the community in which we live and work. That is why Whiskey Inferno Smokehouse will sponsor benefits for nonprofit organizations. These benefits have been very successful at our other restaurants and are a true 'win-win' situation for everyone. The group wins by raising money for their cause.
