About Us
Dr. Kristen Hager is an avid learner, reads only non-fiction books, and sums up her purpose in life as sharing her expertise so her community thrives. (Yup, she’s read Simon Sinek’s “Start with Why”)
Delightful Chiropractic is the community she is building in Shakopee. To better focus her learning efforts, Dr. Kristen follows her passion to help women during the early motherhood transitions. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum chiropractic care, as well as help for breastfeeding mamas/babies and children in the zero-to-five age range.
Every year, Dr. Kristen trains with perinatal and pediatric experts to improve her skills and expand her knowledge-base; to serve you better. She loves to travel for classes, so please forgive her when our office hours change to accommodate.
Dr. Kristen is originally from Wisconsin and did her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Upon graduation, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Before receiving her chiropractic degree in 2007, she relocated to the Minneapolis area for her final chiropractic internship and has since lovingly embraced being Minnesotan-by-transplant. Dr. Kristen and her husband moved south of the river to Shakopee ten years ago, began her family here, and they all enjoy the small town feel while remaining close to the Twin Cities’ excitement.
