Hi! I’m Bridget Ische.
I’m a mortgage lender based in Prior Lake, Minnesota, and I’ve been helping people navigate home financing since 2005. For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and families refinancing homes across Prior Lake, Shakopee, Savage, Jordan, and the surrounding communities.
My business is built almost entirely on referrals, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my clients place in me. Clients know they can count on clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a mortgage process that feels organized, calm, and fully supported from start to finish. I take the time to explain options in plain language, answer questions honestly, and make sure clients feel confident before moving forward - not pressured.
One principle guides everything I do, both personally and professionally - I try to leave the world a little better than I found it. Spreading kindness matters to me, and service is a big part of how I live that out. I’ve spent years serving on nonprofit boards, supporting causes close to my heart, participating in mission trips, and staying actively involved in my community. I’m a 15-year member of Rotary, a Paul Harris Fellow, and regularly give my time through initiatives like Adopt a Highway, blood donation, church involvement, and civic engagement at the local and state level. Giving back isn’t something I do on the side - it’s part of who I am.
