Dr. Nana Wilmot-DeSouza

Dr. Nana Wilmot-DeSouza is board certified physician in Family medicine and Lifestyle medicine. Her greatest joy is to empower patients to live the best lives they could potentially live. In the course of her training and life experiences, she has witnessed the extremes of healthcare delivery. It is her strongest belief that in order to guide a patient to become healthy and whole, health care must be affordable and accessible and this is why she believes in the direct primary model.

Her greatest joy is to empower patients to live the best lives they could potentially live. As a physician, she is keenly aware of her unique position not only as a healer but also as a teacher and advocate. Her broad personal and professional experiences afford her the ability to see the patient beyond their disease process and incorporate all of who they are into treating their mind, body and soul.

She completed her residency at the University of Arkansas Health Sciences. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Wilmot-DeSouza enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, serving at her local church, and going on medical mission trips. She is also part of a non-profit organization that serves people around the world.
