Overuse of salt can damage pavement, kill turf grass and pollute local lakes & streams, harming fish & wildlife. Many people apply much more salt than necessary and could save money & help protect the environment by learning best management practices for managing snow and ice on parking lots and sidewalks.
This same workshop will also be offered August 23rd and October 22nd.
