Event Description
RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE:
· Table of your specific size, white linen cloth and chair will be furnished.
· Electrical power is limited and available on a registration date basis.
· Send us your logo for marketing purposes and we will send you the Wedding Central’s logo.
· Logo/Business name listed on Chamber’s website.
· PDF of the flyer will be sent to you by email so you may post and send.
· The Chamber allows all persons/ businesses to join the Chamber and participate in this event. The Chamber is nondiscriminatory to all legitimate Chamber businesses. (If the same name business is interested in this event, you will be notified.) The same types of businesses will not be side by side unless stated on registration form.
· Business listing in flyer day of event.
· Wedding Central will not be cancelled due to inclement weather. No refundswill be offered due to weather or any other unforeseen activities.
· Vendors assume all responsibility for loss, personal injury and/or for any other damage to its property or merchandise and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Chamber, its officers, directors, committee members, etc
· The Chamber neither offers nor carries insurance covering damage or injury resulting from vendors’ actions, products, services, decisions and/or negligence.
· You will receive all attendee’s information by an Excel Spreadsheet format.
· All payments are non-refundable.
· FIVE lucky brides will receive $100 Wedding Central Chamber Bucks –prize is only good towards participating Wedding Central vendors.
NEW THIS YEAR
· We will be doing mini info commercials before and after the fashion show. Hand out your gift/certificate to a bride after your info commercial. This is optional.
