Testimonial from past participants:
This is a great start for understanding marketing and knowing how to converse with patients and grow a business!  I loved it and would love to attend another program.
Gained perspective from retail business owners which will help out business determine needs and wants of our customer base.
One of the changes I took away is to really discuss with the customer their wants and needs.
Loved the generational part and how to work and listen to everyone.
Cannot wait until the Small Giants 201; this is great information!!
